The quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations — beautiful, durable, and exactly what we were looking for to upgrade our outdoor space. The delivery process was smooth, fast, and very professional. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition, which made the entire experience stress-free and the prices were incredible. The sales team was also outstanding. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right pieces without feeling pressured. Their product line offers a strong balance of commercial durability and elevated design, which makes specifying for hospitality and outdoor environments much easier. What has impressed me most is their responsiveness throughout the process. From finish selections and custom options to production updates and delivery coordination, the communication has been proactive and professional. The quality of the furniture exceeded expectations, and the final installation photographed beautifully while also standing up to heavy-use environments. Big hotel project, a lot of pieces. Honestly wasn't sure how a large order would go but DecoScape handled it well.
