Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
At DecoScape, the majority of our outdoor furniture is manufactured to order and built specifically to meet each project's unique design, finish, and specification requirements. Because our products are custom fabricated for commercial and hospitality applications, returns are generally not accepted. We encourage customers to carefully review all product selections, dimensions, finishes, fabrics, and order details prior to approving production. Our team is available throughout the ordering process to answer questions and ensure your order meets your project requirements.
Orders may be canceled only before production begins and must receive written approval from DecoScape. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the order. Once production has started, all sales are considered final and orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. If your shipment arrives with visible damage or you discover concealed freight damage after delivery, please notify DecoScape immediately and retain all original packaging so we can assist with the freight claim process. Products with verified manufacturing defects are handled through our warranty program and may qualify for repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution at DecoScape's discretion.

- Most DecoScape products are custom manufactured and are not eligible for return.
- Deposits are non-refundable and may be retained if an order is canceled.
- Orders may only be canceled prior to production and with written approval.
- Once production has begun, all sales are final.
- Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and note any freight damage before signing for the shipment.
- Report concealed shipping damage as soon as it is discovered to help facilitate a freight claim.
- Manufacturing defects are addressed through DecoScape's warranty program rather than our return policy.
